A major part of the heart of Compassion Acts is to be able to come along side and encourage other ministries in the developing and gathering of resources needed to meet specific needs and opportunities, and to help projects come to fruition. We want to encourage hearts and lift up hands as others seek to reach and to minister to the needs of their people.
